Pulpo a la Parilla
Grilled Octopus, with an orange glaze, served with a quinoa & orange salad, radishes, pickled onions and a garlic and lime aioli.
Tostada de Atun al Pastor
Crispy tortilla, topped with mole verde, grilled lettuce, onions, cilantro, tuna marinated with al pastor seasoning, grilled pineapple gel, red bell peppers and crispy chicharron.
Ceviche de Vieiras
Scallops, marinated with furikaki, served with onions, crispy plantains, radishes, green onions, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno leche tigre, lime mayonnaise, cilantro oil and annatto oil.
Aguachile de Tomate (Vegan)
Marinated cherry tomatoes, served with roasted tomatoes, grilled pineapple gel, onions, avocado, cilantro, lemon grass oil, guajillo Chile oil and a citrus aguachile.

Fried green plantains served with pulled beef stew, pulled. On top with pickled onions, garlic and lime aioli, red bell peppers and cilantro.

Crispy Spring rolls filled with Colombian style empanadas chicken filling. Served with garlic aioli and aji picante.
